1. Our Services
We provide residential roofing services, including roof replacement, repair, inspections, gutter work, and storm and insurance claim assistance, primarily in Central Ohio. Estimates are provided free of charge and are not a binding contract until a separate written agreement is signed.
2. Estimates and Work
Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change after inspection or once work begins and hidden conditions are found. Any work performed is governed by the separate written proposal or contract you sign, which controls scope, price, and warranty.
3. SMS and Text Messaging Program
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, by checking the consent box on our estimate request form, by texting us, or by telling us in person, you agree that Seal It or Nail It Roofing may contact you by phone call and SMS/text message, which may include messages sent using automated technology.
- Program purpose: responses to your inquiry, estimates, appointment scheduling, and project and service updates.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

4. Payment
Payment terms are set out in your signed proposal or contract. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty expressly provided in your signed contract.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
